This is just a video for reference. I started getting these micro Stutters after patch 3.3.5 They are not really noticeable unless paying close attention to the fences and trees that pass by the bottom of the camera. Its all playable but its annoying as hell. I did all the fixes suggested on all the messages boards. and Yes Reduce input lag is checked, i turned off all addons and it still did it, turned down all my graphic settings and still did it. Its not V sync, or triple buffering. I have those turned on already, and turning them off makes it worse. I updated all my drivers, did a Clean Sweep before hand so nothing was left of the old ones. I tried Affinity and even turning up the Priority of the Process. I am having a feeling it might be just World of warcraft. I didn't have these issues before 3.3.5. Maybe they will release a hot-fix or something. I can only hope.
if u have vsync enable + triple buffer that good , try updating ur driver, if that doesnt help it mostly cause by bottle necking(low end pc parts) but im not 100% sure.

Here is the problem for me at least:
I had an automatic wallpaper changer that changed my wallpaper every 10 seconds, everytime it changed, I would get stuttering like that for half a second or more. Try that for yourself.
(: Hope it helped.

@mastermanio2 It can happen with only one GPU too.

I had a similar issue, not sure if it's the same thing, but every second the screen would freeze for a fraction of a second at all times.
No matter what I did with settings or drivers made a difference. It turned out to be an addon to display; fps, addon memory and latency - disabling that one resolved the problem instantly.

about increasing processpriority. that is usually a bad thing. some times its actually better to set it lower instead. Such stuttering can also be because of slow ram on either the graphicscard or regular ram. or too low amount of memory. it can even be that your cpu is too slow or graohicscard too old.

no useful replies here i see. vsync should always be on. but with it on you also need tripplebuffering on. the vsync option in nvidias controlpanel only applies to games running openGL. WoW runs directX so if the vsync option in game doesn help you might need to run d3d overrider wich comes with riva tuner.

Ive had the same Issue for a long time, fixed it by enabling the following:
Vsync: On
Triple Buffering: On
Reduce Input Lag: On

If you're referring to the strange "skips"across the ground, you can mostly fix this by disabling vsync.
But just a bit of advice, micro stuttering refers to stutters that happen when an image is passed between two different GPU's, and it ONLY happens in 2 GPU configuration.
Though the name may sound appropriate, all it does is mislead people from your actual issue.
