Ingredientes: (2-3 porciones)
1 tz de Espinacas (*blanqueadas)
1/2 a 1 tz de Albahaca fresca o Basil en Ingles
1 cda de Albahaca seca o Basil leaves en Ingles (opcional)
1/2 tz de Leche Evaporada
100 grms o 4 oz de Queso Fresco
50 grms o 2 oz de Queso Parmesano (opcional)
1/4 tz o 2 oz de Aceite de Oliva
1 Diente de Ajo
Sal y Pimienta al gusto
1 pizca de Nuez Moscada o Nutmeg en Ingles (opcional)
1 Cebolla mediana picada (opcional)
