After seeing 'Hell' and 'Porco Dio' sprawled on his chest, whilst running about in nappies (or diapers) and molesting a goat; all you got to comment on is his hair?

It is an italian curse that can be traslated in english like "Pig God".
From bad-seed[dot]org: On Nick's chest in the video for the Birthday Party song Nick The Stripper, is written the phrase: "Porca Dio". The phrase is translated as "Pig God" by Rowland S. Howard. It may be used as a curse or swearing phrase. The proper spelling for the phrase is "Porco Dio", considering Porca seems feminine and Dio is masculine.
