ha ha! he forgot to lift up the headrest while he was painting! when someone adjusts the headrest there's gonna be a different color showing. why didnt he take the seats out so he wouldnt miss anything? doesnt it take longer to mask everything off? he sprayed it on too thick. arent you supposed to do that in about 2 or 3 different thin layers or coats to keep it from being splotchy or brittle? dont the pros remove the entire seat cover and soak it in dye? any answers to my questions anybody?

And SPRAY PAINT is the problem.

Paint puts a coating OVER the outside of fabric ro material, and when it dries, it's a brittle, plastic layer that cracks, breaks, flakes and generally turns to crap very quickly. If you're going to spray color material or fabric, use DYE, not paint. Dye seeps into the fabric and recolors it instead of just slopping a layer on top of it.
