Made a short compilation of the game Mirror's Edge (my most favorite game ever). If I could have any physical ability in the world, it would probably be parkour just because I love this game that much.

  • Dark mirror for those who dont know this video game manny nice graphics it has

  • The name of this game is actually called "Mirror's Edge". Good try though :)

  • Nice video! But i have a question. Why dont you train parkour if you like it that much, instead of just wishing to have physical ability?

  • Not too sure really, good question. It's just that I don't live in an urban environment that doesn't allow me to try any of this cool stuff. Also, I really don't want to risk all the bad things that can go wrong.

  • what about fsx?

  • I like trying out new things :)

  • Parkour is about what you can do ;)

the point is to excercise and keep yourself healthy

it's not about risk when you know what you are doing and control your body.

in a flat ground you can train push-ups, abs, you can stretch you can learn the precision jump technique which is the base movement for others, you can learn the quadrupedal motion, you can learn how to roll... so a flat ground is a perfect start, because most of the time we are running with no obstacles in our way, build your speed.

  • @RuleOfEngagement If you train carefully & hard enough .. u will not get hurt at all..u will have great progress... it takes only small steps in parkour to overcome for the grater movement..

in parkour it is all up to u... it is not a competive sport, I am saying know it`s a sport but when u undrstand it, u will start to live it.. I know from first hand exp.... all U need is good running shoes & a will to learn...

  • @RuleOfEngagement you dont need an urban environment to start off with parkour. :) the first steps arent too hard, all u need is motivation, the will to do this and encouragement. :D

  • man, she's going to be feeling that in the morning.

  • thx I forgot about that lol

  • trust me, with a little creativity you can train anywhere :)

  • yeah but what if he lived in a tent in the middle of a field?
