The cheap PRS's are the SE models, which are pretty much the equivalent of Epiphones or Squiers, they're the mass-produced knockoff versions of the "real thing." And they're not very good guitars.
My car cost $3,000, which is about what the average cost of a normal PRS is. The Custom 22/24's are usually around $3,300, the Singlecuts are about $2,800. The CE and Mira models aren't quite as expensive, but they aren't quite as good either.

@EminemFan1fan Yeah, I've seen some of their limited edition/private stock models go for substantially more than that, even. I remember seeing a prototype hollowbody of theirs for something like $20,000 once. It's kind of funny how times have changed though, it used to be that PRS was the brand that you couldn't justify the cost of unless you could afford one in the first place, but their prices have stayed about the same for the last few years while Gibson's prices just keep going up.

I've got feedback effect on my keyboard (I play that) but i don't know how to make the sound changes like that from itself. I like the sound it does. Thanks for ansewering me back bye

Guitar feedback will oscillate at various different frequencies (based on different harmonic points on any of the open strings), so the pitch can change like that. It eventually stabilizes and settles on one constant pitch though.
