'Project Pilgrimage' is a 2008 documentary following Duncan's journey with many other traceurs. to and around Lisses, the birthplace of Parkour.

We at parkour.com wanted to make sure it was easily accessible for everyone to watch so we've hosted it here (with Duncan's permission, of course!).

Duncan is an American Traceur from Burlington, North Carolina.

Here is an interview with him from WorldWide Jam: http://www.worldwidejam.tv/Pilgrimage/pilgrimage.parkour.1.html

Finally, you can view his sampler here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzFFscHc5yM

  • @TehGamerChannel u dont have to be (very) fit to start parkour. Parkour actually doesnt mean to make tough movements, but it means to move as efficiency as your body allows to. basically also a 90yr old man can do parkour, but it will look different than you know from the videos.

besides parkour is THE fit maker itself! =D

  • I love watching these. Though I am not and probably never will be fit enough to preform parkour, I love watching it. There is something so mystical and captivating about it. Thanks for these videos. :)

  • nice
