@AmgadMakarem its because he has a very shallow depth of field so he went out of focus cause he moved closer. the solution to maybe having a little bit of leeway would be to push your aperture to a bigger number which increase that shallow field of focus. its the lens because when the aperture is opened all the way it allows more light in to the sensor giving it a lot of blur. when the f number is raised the aperture closes and is not as blurry and has a wider focus field. hope i helped!
