Kosi Remy is a Commissioner of Prisoner Reentry for the State of New Jersey. Mr. Remy currently provides Job Readiness workshop to the nationally recognized Newark Comprehensive Center for Fathers Program (NCCF).
Mr. Remy is a Juris Doctorate Candidate with executive management, leadership, teaching, and fundraising experience in the nonprofit, charity, and government sectors. Mr. Remy has an extensive background in community organizing on local, state and national levels and has worked with and for a variety of the states top ranked non-profit agencies including; Newark Now, Founded By Mayor Cory Booker, Goodwill Industries of Greater NY and Northern NJ, and the Nicholson Foundation.
Mr. Remy is former Chief of Staff to a State Senator, has been voted to serve as a member of the Essex County Prosecutors Office, Board of Community Outreach, the Essex County Reentry Providers Network and the Rutgers University Alumni Association (UC). In addition, Mr. Remy has provided services to the Essex County Drug Court and served on a volunteer capacity in the Essex County Fugitive Safe Surrender Program.
