Puppet Master is way better than Child's Play. The way the puppets kill people is way more original than just taking a butcher knife and stabbing away. They also have a more original design.

I first saw this movie on AMC. I was watching "The Shining" And this was next, so I thought " hm, sounds interesting. Ill watch it." This opening sequence is still haunting me to this day.

Wrong Chucky is about a deraganged madman in a doll and he can become human nlike the puppet master the puppets are controled by the leader who is known as Andre Toulon who comand his puppets to do any thing he wants

There has been plenty of evil doll movies before Puppet Master or Child's Play. There was 1945's "Dead of Night", 1964's "Devil Doll", 1975's "Trilogy of Terror", 1978's "Magic" with Anthony Hopkins, 1985's "Making Contact (a.k.a. Joey)" and 1987's "Dolls" including 1982's "Poltergeist".

All must sees for fans of PM.
