Dayend - Chasing the sunset

Dayend were formed in 2007 with the aim of experimenting on psychedelic, atmospheric rock music. In the beginning, their sound, through improvisation and jamming, created instrumental landscapes. Days passed, changes occurred with the experimental mode being still kept. Thessaloniki based Dayend now developed to be an instrumental/vocal band, consisted by 5 members. Their music evolved to be a generator of either emotional pictures and energetic soundscapes or psychedelic waves rushing through the delayed sounds, reverbs, miscellaneous effects and surprising bass lines. Blending their various influences from Pink Floyd to Prodigy and from Massive Attack to Nirvana, at the 'end of the day' Dayend sound like a soundtrack for demanding tastes.
