I lived in Washington back in 1996-7 and was able to get CKKQ from Victoria, BC. They played this song a lot. I was fortunate to learn of Chantal's brilliance here in the US, while most still haven't heard of her. This song is so sincere, although I have always wondered what her lyrics are about.
