0-60 in my 07 Mustang GT

0 to 60 in about 5 seconds in my 2007 Mustang GT. I am a Chevy fan but I loved this Ford... Still waiting for the 09 Camaro though! :-)

You guys do know that the new camaro only outruns the gt by .7 secs, ok sounds like alot. But for a car thats been a huge hype and had almost 150 more horse power, I think that the camaro performs likes shit and looks like it to. And to the guy that says that he would mop the freeway with that stang, is a dumbass. Yes the corvette is faster it isn't in the same league as the mustang. Corvette guys stay out of mustang vs. camaro discussions.

Yes, both have pros and cons, but the engines are not that strong anymore, so both are very overrated, they cost 30k + and as said before, if u drive a new mustang or camaro hard for a while, the engine looses power very quickly...

i got a smaller car (gremlin x 1981 worth 3000 USD) with a rebuild and mild tuned 258, 100% steel made, no aluminium or w/e weak material. Its a bullet proof inline 6 that smokes stock 5.0 in 0-100KPH ONLY cuz its low end torque.

@05mustanggt91 but, the mustang is lighter. I think both cars have pros and cons. Makes for a good debate though. Id take the new stang over the new camaro. but id take a ls1 t/a or camaro over them all ;)

I own an 07 stang as well, gotta say that I love it. Was a GM fan for 20 years til I drove this car. Although I gotta say running a new engine that hard, you are gonna have serious issues. Most likely your engine is gonna be gushing oil out of the seals at @ 60k miles, and your stang is gonnaa put out @200hp because you have no compression! Kind of a piss poor way to treat a 30k investment. I'm all for having fun, but damn dude, you gotta let your rings seat before you run a car this hard.
