This is my super short video of 4 part belly isolation work out. This really helps those 2 part belly rolls, chest drops, pelvic locks, and other torso isolations.

My abs are still messed up after having my baby, so the tummy is a bit out of control.

I'd love to see how you guys are doing, so feel free to post a video response ^__^

  • I find it helps me if I feel my stomach while flexing it... that way I can feel which part I'm flexing and it helps me know if I'm doing it right(:

  • @SuniSixx

I forgot to mention that. I do it constantly in this video, so lets hope people copy that action. ^__^

  • Btw... great vid.

  • Thank you ^___^

That bottom set really does look like a smiley lol!

  • This video is super helpful, so thankyou for posting it! I've never seen it described in 4 parts before. Definitely the clearest video (and I've watched a few...). I'm having trouble isolating the bottom muscle that you do pelvic locks with - any advice?

And has anyone else found that practising it whilst sitting down is slightly addictive? I can't stop doing it, on the bus, watching tv, eating dinner, talking to friends... you tendto get some weird looks =)

  • lol I do the same thing! =D People look at me and kind of freak out hahaha!

  • as a dancer this is noe of those harder moves and exercises like this really help. for a lot of the ppl that cant do them we always tell them to do workouts where you isolate like this over and over

  • great tutorial thanks! you mentioned having had a baby, your tummy is not out of control, you look great (and congrats btw). i've had 3 babies and my tummy is def out of control and i think that's why doing a belly roll is so much harder for me :( i'll keep trying tho, thanks for the tutorial :)
