I'm from Nevada, so when i go to other states like Colorado... People ask me "Oh mai gawd! Is Death Valley really 300 Degrees!!!!!...." Uhm... it doesn't go that high and Death Valley is in California??

@00i00just00tripped00 Since when do people say Illinois is all corn? I'm from Minnesota, and we automatically think of Chicago and the big suburbs when we think of Illinois. Most people around here equate Iowa to corn, not Chicago. Oh, also, one last stereotype about Minnesota... here in Minnesota, people assume what you know what they're talking about when they mention "the cities" (St. Paul and Minneapolis),and it's totally true.
