I've been training lately. I'm trying my best. I tried fixing as much errors as I can. The stiffness, relaxing, head movement, and a little bit of footwork. I'm trying to make my jab as straight as possible and putting more hip on my punches. I know I'm not twisting or pivoting enough and obviously I have a lot to learn. I've been shadow boxing with an opponent in mind. Other than that let me know what else I can do. I don't have a trainer so I'll have you guys teach me. I'm a good student so just throw me whatever you see. I really want to get better. Thanks!
you are cool...

oh yea and when u punch u should full extend ur arm making sure ur should hits ur jaaww(not in a violent way) just bring ur should up so then it protect ur jaw so then when u punch and the guy trys slipping under a cross u that damage would be less

u punch out abit 2much
like say if u where to jab aim abit on to the left a tiny bit cause if ur jab crosses over 2much ur opponent can just parry it or when he blocks it ur jabs gonna slide off his glove and then ur wide open

u should get a trainer. cuz shadow boxing like manny pacquiao aint gna help u. manny pacquiao cant shadow box. he only does that for more stamina, to thro more punches wen he fights in a real fight. hands up chin down, dont be so square. pivit ur feet wen throwing punches. use ur hips wen u thro punches.
