In surf history Malibu has been described as the Yankee stadium of surfing. On any given south swell, you can witness the action first hand at this legendary point break.
Classic and Progressive longboarding are the two main approaches in the sport and Malibu is a great place to witness some of the finest examples. From footwork to rail to rail surfing, the whole bag of tricks is on display at this classic right hander.
Malibu is the point to witness "state of the art in longboarding." As it was in the beginning, is now, and always will be, Malibu provides a great venue to witness the longboard masters hold center court.

I dont understand why there is any argument with what board you ride. Short board fun board or long board, its all surfing. Its all about having fun. Im only 15 and im not that great at long boarding but i love it, there is nothing better then just sitting out in the ocean with your board catching waves.
