How do you install mods i put the mod folder in the base folder and its not on the mod list help!!

Mods go in their own folder, rather than inside Base.

I'm not good at explaining, but all mods should come with a readme, which includes details on how to install it, so that's probably the best place to check.

Not quite sure what you're asking. I don't know my computer specs, other than graphics card Geforce 8600 GT, if that's what you mean.
