Thanks Ben. I'd like to echo all the other thanks and comments on here. I've been playing for a long time but am very rusty (I never really became a confident soloist). I just joined a new bluegrass band a few weeks ago. My flat top skills are real rusty and you've really helped me get back into things and also showed me some really practical things to do while soloing. Thanks so much! (Not sure if you know but there's a real vibrant bluegrass community in the Czech Republic)

@guccitothemax When I'm the only person in my band, I'm by default the best. It's the only time I can enjoy that title :)

You should certainly tab out what you were doing at 8:07. I'd love to learn that. I'm new to all of this, and your videos are the first I'm tabbing. I'm trying to get used to using these types of scales in songs and if you tabbed that out, that would be fantastic. Thanks so much for the awesome lessons man. Keep up the good work!

You HAVE to go to Robert's Western World on Broadway. They generally have the BEST country bands and the hamburgers are second to none.
