@swimmer24100 Except ... that I know from first hand experience that this isn't true.
-
Yeah I'm sure at some places it does happen and I agree that it is sad and wrong. But I don't think me going to a circus and enjoying an awesome show supports animal cruelty.
-
You're kidding, right? I have SEEN videos of circus workers beating their animals. It's a fact, whether or not you want to admit it. When you go to a circus you are supporting animal cruelty, whether you know it or not.

woow so cool

@TrixieKixie omg i you actually saying they dont beat there elephants! How can you be that stupid! Of course they do and the reason they do is because no matter how much you used treats etc and posertive reinforcement you wont get the elephants to do them 'tricks' without pain they would not do it naturally!
-
@Nannyondeck erm with bull hooks!
-
WHILE YOU WERE CAPTURING THAT SOME POOR ELEPHANTS WERE BEATEN AND VIOLENTLY ABUSED BEHIND THE SCENE!!!!!!
-
omg STFU "Bigtailhunter"!!! You people are so annoying. There are so many eyes on circus workers over that sort of thing, that it could never happen.
@TrixieKixie
You can enjoy an awesome show without animals. Go see Circ du Soleil, or some other circus that doesn't use animals. Ringling Brothers beats their animals with bullhooks, keep them in miserable conditions, and instill fear in their animals in order to get them to do what they want. I know it's hard to accept, but it happens every day. And every time you pay to see their shows, THAT is what you are funding. If you go to one of their shows, you are saying that animal cruelty is okay.
