Teen Driving Simulator Center Project

The Teen Driving Simulator Center opened in August 2010. The project was operated by the Injury Prevention Center at Connecticut Children's Medical Center under funding from The Allstate Foundation. This year long project was designed to give teens the opportunity to test simulator training in an effort to improve driver educationa overall.

The simulator is a product of Virtual Driver Interactive. There is only one passenger car style vehicle. The simulator is useful for training drivers to better identify and react to hazards. It is also useful in training novice drivers on such things as appropriate road position, as when you drive past a line of parked cars....

So does it have a different variety of settings to match the different variety of cars out there? All cars feel different when you're learning, that's sometimes a problem.
