Rupert is a very sweet and shy boy who looks like he's been through quite a lot in his first few months. He has a small hole through his left ear, which we suspect was caused by a cigarette burn. But Rupert is a very forgiving dog who desperately wants to be loved and comforted. He is very gentle and loves to play with other dogs. He would do great in a home that is willing to help build his confidence and give him the stability and devotion he needs.
