Britain's highest court has dealt a major blow to the government's use of a form of house arrest on so-called on terror suspects. The House of Lords ruled that reliance on control orders and secret evidence denies Muslim detainees a fair trial. Control orders can include home curfews of up to 16 hours a day, a ban on travelling abroad, and bans on using the internet and mobile phones. The government has said the judgment is extremely disappointing. Roshan Muhammed Salih in London reports.

  • to inform the producers of this bastard channel, the Amnesty international is worry about many prisoners in secret prisons of Iran as much as it is concerned for this man. he at least has the right to speak in the land where he claims coffer, in a foreign tv financed by the Islamic government while many iranian prisoners in their own country have to give fake Tv confessions all the time.
