The H258-HO-LP (High Output- Low Pressure) All-Media Soda Blast pot manufactured by Eco-Blast.Com, LLC provides ecological quality stripping action without damaging the surface. Surface damage to the substrate is reduced or eliminated by being able to control the energy applied to blast the surface using ecological blasting soda at blast pressures as low as 30 PSI.

This restoration project is removing paint from the quarried stone facade. The low pressure removal is not harming the stone surface nor the grout. As you can see, the entire presence of the home has been transformed with no damage to the surrounding environment and minimal impact on the neighborhood.

The H250 Series Multi-Media blast equipment can economically shoot all blasting media's including baking soda, corn cob as well as regular sand, crushed glass or slags. The H250 All-Media soda blast pots are used not only for graffiti removal but for car restorations, boat bottom paint removal, oil tanker maintenances, log home restoration, foundation waterproofing preparation, mold removal and virtually any and all types of sand blasting. There are no limits to the versatility and the long life of a true All-Media Blast Pot manufactured from high carbon boiler plate steel, stainless steel and replaceable tungsten carbide wear components.

Soda-Blast.Com, LLC is not just another reseller, we make what we sell and we use what we make. More Eco-Blast pot options, Eco-Blasting medias, dust collectors and blasting accessories can be found at www.Soda-Blast.com. For more information call us at 503-653-5571.

  • isint using glass a safty hazzard?

  • No. It is inert and safer than silica sand. It is approved for open air blasting in California. It is a respiratory irritant but even if you breath it, your body will expel the particles in your mucous. Always use proper respiratory protection.

  • @EcoSodaBlaster Hi could you tell me if this would be effective on soft limestones like bathstone for ex. removing paint or atmospheric pollutants. Thanx

  • @lmhjs1000 When coupled with the proper blast material, particle size and blast pressure, then I say yes. The H258-HO-LP can blast as low as 25 PSI and can properly meter ANY material that is normally used for abrassive blasting.

  • Nice Vid Eco! Good stuff! Have you got any crushed glass videos?

  • This is using recycled glass. We tried several grit sizes and then a couple of other types of grit to check results but the Eco-Grit won out due to cutting ability and neighborhood ecology. As you can see, we maintained control of the cut as well as the substrate surface giving this client an entirely new look!

  • Wow...awesome job. I wish I had one of those. I want to remove multiple layers of paint from red brick in small area in the kitchen.

  • You are correct, it is not inexpensive but it is not that difficult if you have the correct equipment such as the H250 Series blasdt pot. It is time consuming due to the type of paint and the varied thicknesses at different places around the home. The key is to balance the blast pressure with the correct blast media so you get the best cut with the least amount of surface damage. Yes you could use chemical but you destroy mature landscaping. Sandpaper... forget it. You cannot get into the pores.

  • Man! that cant be cheap or easy to do. Still has to be way better than using chemical strippers or "shrug" sand paper.

  • I absolutely agree! We see structures like this, fireplaces, natural stone works, all kinds of good materials covered up. We really like to bring them back to their natural state. As you can see, it makes a HUGE difference. Thank you for commenting.
