1. Execute 100 sit ups every day for 2 weeks straight, then add 50 sit ups every 2 weeks.
2. Execute 100 push ups every day for 2 weeks straight, then add 50 push ups to the exercise habit
3. Hang your body on a pull up bar, and do 100 leg lifts for 2 weeks straight, then add 50 leg lefts to this exercise habit.
4. Jog 4 miles a day
