  • Looks like there could be problems with over centering on the lever and coil bind? How much suspension travel is provided?

  • This is an early version. The pivot has stops to prevent over travel. The current version has full suspension travel of the stock 'Vette. We can adjust ride height, spring rate, and shock damping. Haven't seen any coil binding during development.

    Just about ready for production!

  • angles are wrong on the cantilever. at full bump the angle of the shock to the cantilever pivot should be 90 degrees. once its past 90 degrees it starts to increase leverage making the last few inches of travel much easier then first few. making the car bottom out really easy. hope you get that problem sorted out before you go into production. i can see from your video yours is past 90 degrees at ride height. idk about you but i like the suspension to get stiffer as it soaks up bumps.

  • I've actually biult something just like this on a 2003 dodge Stratus. for mountain rally. to assist the vertical suspension just moded the center rail and used pillow ball mount to allow angle adjustments. Alone they let the toe trail out badly but with the vertical back in that problem was almost gone. i moded a pair of tein winding masters from the Z16a3000gt frame type. and the rockers i used an aluminum production from a Porsche carrera type horizontal platform. It helped keep the rear flat

  • record one when there is cornering involved, then post it so we can see it working more. by the way it looks good.

  • This looks absolutely bad ass. Has to weigh so much less, too. Please make this, because I will buy it!
