Yey!!!! Another crazy totally arty-over-the-top look:) I love this kind:) This was one of my entries for Pixiwoo's competition:)
I was inspired to do this look after I saw a tatoo of a tiger and an old picture of princess Lea, so I did a combo of both of them with a bit *ahem* of a twist.
