The two samples have been recorded with a Boss SD-1, the first with a little drive and reverb, and the second with more drive, without reverb.

  • this thing is only 5 watts right?

so is it a big deal using an instrument cable in stead of a speaker cable to connect the head to the cab?

  • Yes, it's only 5 watts, but it's like all head amps, you have to use a speaker cable, because the signal is not the same ...

  • so you are running a boss sd-1 true theamp?

  • yep !

  • Holy SHIT! I had the volume cranked when I clicked this video. Scared the crap out of me

  • @rilf02

If you use the epiphone jr cabinet does it boost the sound of the amp to the maximum of the cabinet, or does it only go up to how loud the amplifier goes? I'm new to heads and cabinets and was wondering what would be a good starter.

  • Nice sound ;)

  • mmhmm they are really fun,

i have a memphis from 72 and 78 not the lame 80s ones with bolt on necks. the 72 is a solid guitar but the 78 looks better and plays better. u can see in my videos

  • how long u been playing? loved the first riff, the amp sounds surprisingly nice clean
