Solicitation:

Hal'kali is up for auction. SBA is sponsoring a 5v5 tournament for the auction of Hal'kali. The winner of the double elimination tournament will get the city. The tournament is open to all alliances EXCEPT Death, Afghanistan, Cairn, and SBA. The buy-in for the tournament is 2k gold. The winning guild will also be responsible for buying the shard for the siege. SBA will ensure the city is transferred safely & successfully.

The date, time, and location will be released to the interested parties.

Rules for the tournament are as follows:

* Double Elimination Bracket
* Scale armor or worse (ie, nothing better than scale)
* Rank 40 weapons or lower (This includes melee, bows & staves)
* Can use any spells
* Can use any food
* Can use any potions
* NO MOUNTS
* Must stay within the fighting perimeter
* Each player will be revived when they die, so no ganking!
* All loot will be returned to their owners if someone is ganked.
* No rezzes during fights
* 2 teams max per alliance (each team must buy in)
* No Spectators
