I videod this contemporary Kathak group in 2003 at the Ravindra Kalakshetra in Bangalore. I don't recall their name but it was very interesting. Liked the music!!!! Nick
i dont think this is Aditi Managaldas's company. i know aditi didi and this is not her choreography, this is not the right speed and she would use the dupattas in this manner.. most probably stem dance as pointed out by bonnong..
I think this could have been The Aditi Mangaldas Dance Company. The group featured in this video looks very much like them, with 5 girls and 2 boys, also doing contemporary Kathak. I saw the company perform in Cape Town recently and they were AMAZING!!! (i also recognise the black pants lol:) )
I do not understand why Indian can not dance with better synchronization. Rhythm is clear speed is optimum. But still two of them always late, head movements always differ from each other. Lack of practice or lack of confidence or simply ignorance of the teacher of choreographer.

i think they r "Stem dance kampni" from Bangalore. They r famous kathak and contemporay dance company in Bangalore:P
