Fix No D3DX9 dll found with Media Player Classic Home Cinema

How to fix this error message.
No D3DX9 dll found. To enable stats, shaders and complex resizers, please make sure to install the latest DirectX End-User Runtime. Warning creating EVR Custom renderer.

This could also be fixed by installing the DirectX Runtime from the link above. However, I just copied the file.

Rather than digging up the specific dll and placing it in a non-standard location, I just downloaded the latest directx redistributable and installed directx from it. I downloaded directx_feb2010_redist.exe, unpacked it, and ran dxsetup.exe from where it was unpacked. That fixed my problem.
