LOL how ironic...werent all these kids wearing Obama T shirts just a year or so ago?!? LOL... live by tax and spend, die by tax and spend...these are college students: someone needs to explain to them a simple balance sheet.

"werent all" is a huge genaralization plus during Obama's start in the presidency the enormous increase fees weren't in place yet, students fight for their right of an affordable education there is nothing wrong about it

This is not about entitlement... this is about fair fees. Consider students in their junior year who are now forced to pay 30% more for their education next year. There are bound to be many students who cannot afford this spiked increase in cost and will not be able to finish their schooling. It is just an unfortunate situation all around.

The reasons behind this, our overall economy, and the protesters action is the fact that we live in an entitlement society.

Oh I never said it would be easy.
Life isn't easy and this is just one more challenge. Time to act like grown ups and deal with it.

And No, I don't want to hear about how you already have it tough and all the difficulties you encounter in life.
That's life, tough and difficult.

Of course, because if you want a job, all you have to do is go to the job store and say you want a job. They're practically giving them away, especially in today's economy!! Do you want to be a lawyer, a neurosurgeon, or an astronout? And don't worry about balancing your workload between school and your new job- your new employer will be completely understanding and accomodate your needs as a dilligent student. It's that simple! Like you said, "end of story."

I went to school in the Midwest. I used to have to choose between paying rent or paying for my $100 school books. If coarse I chose the books. That means I was a homeless college student sleeping in abandoned buildings and under a bridge for my first three years. Higher education is broken in America. It's time to change it.
