@sexxiiravegirl Look up Aloft Studios in Chicago. It is a very good Aerial gym that offers classes in silks, lyra, trapeze etc.

@sexxiiravegirl There's many circus classes, just look them up on google. It helps to be flexible, but everyone learns at their own pace, and usually the teacher will teach you tricks that YOU can do and when you improve you will learn harder tricks that maybe are more flexibility

do u have to be involved in gymnastics inroder to b eligilable in aerial hooping??
and were could i find a spot like this in chicago??
