We took off from Bordeaux, France, but the parabolas were flown over sea, outside portugal I think, to get less turbulence

It's a while since I had this great opportunity (july 2003), but I still recall it as one of my greatest, lets say top 5, experiences :)

It's hard to believe that they are faling not flying in zero-g

as u can see, there is always turbulance when accelerating, much less having an atmosphere. realize this, the plane cant simply fly a parabolic path, air friction as well as the plane reaching its own terminal velocity would return the people inside to 1G. the plane is actually powering through the air to artificially create the parabola as well it can. only very high altitude ballistic space trajectories in much more expensive planes can rly give you a zero gravity effect like that in orbit.
