@JerRobertPaulin HEY...that's what I discovered the last day...I'm just able to see .mp4 videos, as you say in the "MP_ROOT"....and actually I don't have the video player "VLC", now I know what's my problem....really really thank you so much...I'm going to download the "VLC" ...one more time TAHNKS !!..

Yeah thought you might have, looks nice. 121's not bad for that quality. Ahh ok, I'm getting the camera for pretty much just still photography, but this HD video is a very nice extra!
HEY....I just wanna ask you something.....how can I save my videos into the computer?...I have a Sony alpha 35 too ...but when I want to download my videos in my pc...I just can not find the folder...I can not see the videos in te computer....but I can see does in the camera....please can you help me? thanks

hey there, have you checked to see if your camera is on the MP4 setting or the AVCHD setting under the menu setting of the SLT? The MP4 files will play on pretty much every video player, and should appear in the file folder labeled "MP_ROOT" of the camera's drive. If it's on the AVCHD setting you will need to download this video player called "VLC". This player is free and will allow you to see your videos on your computer, located in the "PRIVATE" folder of your camera.

Great shots! Really nicely filmed and put together. The video quality on this camera is unbeleivable, can't wait to unwrap it on xmas day. Is there a certain mode you used to get this aspect ratio, and how big are the file sizes (per min for example)? Thanks! Chris.

Thanks for the comment! Definitely enjoying the camera. To get this aspect ratio I just trimmed some of the image off in Final Cut Pro. A 1 min video file is about 121 MB, not bad if you have a bunch of files open and you're running at 4gs of ram. The only tiff I have with the camera is that you can't change the FPS, for example shooting faster for slow motion.
