Yeah that barbell is an extra 135 pounds of weight just scrapping against the paint on that machine, Right on for putting in work, But i would suggest getting a membership at a gym that more suites your own physical capabilities, Out of respect for the gym you currently belong to, And you owe it to yourself

assuming the angle of decline is 45, he's actually only lifting 742 pounds. (= weight * sin(angle of decline))... plus it's not full ROM, his hip is roughly 15 degrees from lockout.
