  • Yeah that barbell is an extra 135 pounds of weight just scrapping against the paint on that machine, Right on for putting in work, But i would suggest getting a membership at a gym that more suites your own physical capabilities, Out of respect for the gym you currently belong to, And you owe it to yourself

  • assuming the angle of decline is 45, he's actually only lifting 742 pounds. (= weight * sin(angle of decline))... plus it's not full ROM, his hip is roughly 15 degrees from lockout.
