O.K brother, I was with you until the part about carrot fiber. It looks as though you are saying that God was not so smart in designing the carrot with the fiber in it, and man has to intervene to make the carrot nutrients usable. The fiber has purpose to the food as a whole, or else it would not be in there. Also, if this juicing bit were true to your instinct argument, it would be our God-given instinct to juice, and not eat the carrot, which does not seem to be the case. Thanks & God bless.
