I am keeping healthy lifestyle and drink mostly just warm water and yogi or herbal teas:))We consume energy from air,food and water.Energy is more pure when we consume it in more pure form!!!

this is brilliant, I work in the health profession and always advise people to drink more water. I also stop taking tea and coffee and replaced it with cups of hot water..I have found I have more energy less pain in my body and higher levels of concentraion and pasion for life, Drink water warm water is good too.

I do agree but reluctantly. I would like to improve my health cofee and beer well they're two beautiful beverages. Maybe in moderation. Life is meant to be enjoyed too!
