Leibham listening session - part 8 10/24/09 (insurance discussion continued)

If someone is willing and able to pay for the damages caused by an accident, to the minimum level of the insurance coverage required by state law, then why should they be required to carry insurance? -part 2.
This, in my opinion, is a question that frames the overall question of personal responsibility, Constitutional rights, and personal freedom in a way that is entirely illustrative of the challenges facing our nation with regard to national issues today.
