american humor can be offensive. I'm from Arkansas, I get tired of red necks, they all want to get a fight on by their nasty behavior and words.Are language is filthy and disgusting. I immensely dislike how Americans speech has evolved to filth, trash, disrespect.

It does sound like it was probably meant as very dry humor. Kingsley, though I admire his acting, is a bit of a 'drama queen.'

Sad that he's carried that for years. I feel for people that are raised with biotgry. I think some generations just have to die off and then their biogtry will die with them. Whoever she was, it made her less of a person to most. One day we won't color code people or rate them according to nationality/heritage. My mother didn't like the Irish or Jewish people but she couldn't tell me why other than her father felt that way. 12 kids were infected because of him. Pray for good teachers. :)

Is it just possible -- not to spoil a good story here but -- that she was joking? I mean, "that is even worse" sounds like a joke. My husband has one of those dry senses of humor that people often take seriously.

Was she the racist, ignorant casting director for the "Last Airbender" movie Kingsley is in? Maybe he should have called her and Paramount out as well for their ignorance.
