  • awwhh darn i wish i had a bird

  • @mattxr2i as i said in my previous comment ASD=australian dollars NOT american, exotic species are more expensive over here the same way a sulphur crested cockatoo is expensive in the states.

  • @MsOllie6 I would suggest looking at rescues. You can get one alot less expensive there and you are helping by giving them a home.

  • @Julybabie4 actually depending on which of the numerous species of macaw you decided on they range from 1500 to upwards of 75000 dollars ASD. the blue and golds which are one of the most popular range from 5k through to about 8k depending on if its hand raised and if you buy through a breeder or a pet store

  • i have a green parrot in pakistan it talks loads of stuff.. i totally love it ! birds are one of my best animals !!!! xx

  • I am a parrot fan and I think this creatures belong in the wild and nowhere else. I did own several when I was younger; and I realize now that it was wrong. They should have never been captured.

  • I just read an article about the Spix macaw. Although some people may not agree with you breeding them and selling them. I don't have a problem with it because they're is only like 80 in the world I heard. That makes every offspring of these species a precious gem. Good work, take care of them. Spix macaw fan.

  • @myparrots1 I thought you were in England cause you mentioned getting money in pounds? Well, you are in Brazil. Yeah, Spix macaws have the most amazing color I've seen. It's like a sky blue hue just amazing. Incredible, creatures, with a lot of grace in beauty. Cheers.

  • come to brazil and you will find out as i myself know 4 other people who have these and the rarest is the lears macaw

  • @myparrots Wow! You have spix macaws. Keep breeding them the world can't lose the presence of such beautiful creatures. They are extremely rare.
