if you're talking about power, then yes, alucard is #1, if you're considering the 'badass' level, then guts is #1 with no real competition.

good choices!...but unfortunately I can't see anyone in any media/genre as being more badassss than Gutz! Berserk is the craziest, testosterone spurting horse-splitting demon-raping badass manga sandwich that i have ever had the pleasure of reading! (Although Alucard was an understandable choice as well) Good job! Fun list.
