  • @Lakeside54321 Oh odd, the last part of my comment wasn't directed towards you, don't know why I included it, just meant to tell you I love the Hollandaise part, it's amazing and I made it pretty similar to your recipe 3 years ago. ;)

  • @Blissss09 hehe! I'm a single guy that loves to cook... I rarely use a recipe! I'm forever trying new things and sometimes I come up with something that is just HEAVENLY to me, but others will turn up their noses at, so all you can really take my word for is that I liked it very much... whether YOU do... may be a different story! :-) Happy Cooking!

  • People would have more respect for you though, if your tag didn't include the word 'bimbo' including me, lol. But your Applecrisp looks delicious. Have you had the Applecrisp dessert at California Pizza Kitchen? If not, you should try it. I swear it's one of the best desserts I've ever had. :D You'd love it!!!

  • @Lakeside54321 I know, I've made this before and it's delicious, the hollandaise. ;) LOVE love it, and it's amazing on Benedict too. Eggs Benedict is always one of the best specialty breakfast I've ever had. I need to be honest, this actually doesn't look very tasty, but I'll put my faith in you that it is. I love Mahi Mahi though and there are some excellent recipes here! ;)

  • @hellishheavin101 thats the way to blacken fish duh

  • You did well! And let me make a suggestion.... make a Hollandaise sauce and try it on your blackened fish! Two egg yolks... 1/2 stick butter or margarine and about an 8th of a cup of lemon juice.... stir over very low heat until thickening occurs. Those who don't have a taste for Hollandaise may want to go easy on the lemon at first. It is supposed to be tart, but too much tart can turn you off this awesome sauce before you develop a taste for it! It isn't just for Eggs Benedict!

  • @hellishheavin101

There is nothing wrong with the way she seasoned it. Heavy season tastes good.

  • i think this blonde needs to stay with her prositution career

    you over-seasoned it to death

  • @LyinOfJudah i concur, but no need to be an ass...she is HOT as hell, just saying!

  • Yeah...giggity giggity...
