@norr4636 You can't blame Clinton for disliking Carter. First of all, nearly everyone dislikes Carter. There is a lot to dislike. Carter is an arrogant, self-righteous, know-it-all that has deliberately interfered with, and criticized every one of his successors. Carter started the "fued" by interfering on North Korea & Mid East issues when Clinton was in office. Carter also criticized Clinton for "not using his superior intellect/services." Carter is a bitter man who hates America for 1980.

@FredFoothand At the same time, Clinton didnt look at Carter or even offer him his hand. We know Clinton and Carter are very good friends, so odds are they had seen each other several times earlier in the morning or the days preceding the inauguration.

Ever been to Perry, FL? Its not far from Gainesville. Its the home of the last known restaurant in the United States to have been shut down because they refused to serve anyone but white people. That was in 2001. How many statewide elected African Americans have their been in Florida? I'll give you a hint, its less than the number of statewide elected African Americans in Georgia.

Dear loper1980,
thing is... Camera tracked Carter and other ex-prez's through the halls quite a long time previous to the footage you see here. Bush Sr. and Carter were moving pretty slow. They were all separated. Also , if you notice audio , Carter is verbally introduced to Bush Sr. and Clinton at the same time. Carter shakes Bush Sr.'s hand but seems to consciously dis Clinton. Just sayin.
