I've met a hundred dogs like him at the animal shelters I've worked at and it saddens me that a dog can go untrained/unsocialized and somehow it's the "dog's fault."

@BozoGates I sort of disagree not all chihuahua's are liike that .I had a uncle that had a rotteheiler with there bad reputation ,and the dog was very calm ,and even good with his l ittle girls trained it that way . So I don't think it's the dogs breed .

@ah000 but since it's a freaking dog we should treat him like any other animal that attacks us. Put him down . If a dog doesnt behave just because it's a dog, then we dont have any obligation of protecting the dog if he attacks people.

@xxFLIPPIFERxx I think the important here is that the dog needs training. If he has training and keeps up it's agressive actions it needs to be put down. No dog is above public health and safety. Like criminals, if they dont get in line there are consequences. You may say death is a heavy punishment to a dog but considering that being locked up is a worst punishment for a dog, it's best to just put down.Animal love cannot be unconditional, people's lives >> dog's lives

This dog needs to be put down , what kind of dog goes around biting people in their private regions. If you dont mind your dog biting you thats your business but leave it indoors so it can bite you NOT other people. I always have my keys ready in hand to throw in the mouths of any motherfucking animals that try and bite me. And thats a fact.
