The natural sweet fruit should be eaten in its whole, the way nature intended. When you eat the fruit, you eat the fructose along with its stabilizers.  When you isolate the fructose from the fruit, then you get fructose without its stabilizers, then you have a problem. In this case, the scientific research has to take that into consideration.

The problem with the Raw Food Diet is that people only go on it if they have reason to. Weither it be illness or fear of passing on illness. Thats why Raw Foods aren't more mainstream.

How is fruit sugar the same? It comes with fiber and lots of nutrients. Of course If you isolate fructose it will be just as dangerous! Honestly how do you get enough calories on the raw food diet without fruits? You expect to live on sprouts and vegetables? Lol so he is saying refined white sugar is the same as a fruit? Nonsense.

Without the facial hair he would look in his early-mid 30s. With it he looks late 30s-early 40s!

I see the pictures you're referring to BUT it seems as though all the pictures in which his eyebrows are dark are from the same photoshoot. In all other images and videos of the man, his eyebrows are more blond. This to me suggests that the dark eyebrow photos are "promotional photos" in which the makeup artist decided to darken his eyebrows a bit. So, it's not that he dyes them all the time, it's just that he had a different makeup person for this particular photoshoot.
