  • Most enjoyable video presentation of your company, people, and product concept. It's funny how we've become a KAF household over the time I've spent learning to bake. Some things are magical. Happy Holidays 2010!

  • @MerleApAmber Thank you for your wonderful comments. Happy holidays to you and your family! Keri @ KAF

  • Where can one read up more on the company's history?

  • I first heard about King Arthur Flour on Marcia Adams' "Cooking in Quilt Country" show in the late 80's -- Glad that they are easier to find now!! Now that I've baked with some of the KA products, I wish I had known about them earlier! GREAT products, whimsical catalog with really interesting products, a great selection of Gluten Free products too!! Way to go!!!

  • What an interesting & rich history. How did they keep the flour dry on those ships from England? Imagine having it shipped across ... In Cda we have cake & pastry flour which is all I use for my pastry...when I lived in the midwest for 4 yrs there was no such thing I missed my C&P flour so much there. They had King Arthur flour in the stores but no selection..basic AP flour. Most of all I love your ESOP What a bonus that is. Thks for sharing this with us.

  • Makes me want to move to Vermont and work for your company! I am addicted to your flours and your products and all the recipes that come to my email every week. Knowing that this company is so very American is special. It makes me feel good to feed my bread made with your flour to my family. No other flour ever comes close. Thanks for sharing your history with all of us. Noreen
