It's not "planetwars" update, it's only "guardian relic" one - "planetwars" in this movie is just an adress of serer. Lvlcap is 55.

It's not english server, it's hosted in germany with most russian, philippinean and brasilian community. But there're lots of people, talkin' in english =)
