Untitled tune (It's time to go home?) by Ian Tran

This is the beginning of a tune I came up with earlier I think in June (this was recorded late at night June 19th 2010 in my room). This was short and sweet, came out relatively well, and was mostly improvised as I haven't written the piece down. The words "It's time for all to go home" come to mind every time I hear and play the beginning. I've since been adding to it tune and working out new portions for the piece. Perhaps I'll add lyrics too...

Recorded on an Olympus VN-6200PC digital voice recorder--no stereo, but it works well enough for my purposes at this time. The recording is notable (to me) in that I had no idea how well the device would pick up the sound, and this was among the first things I tried recording on it. I sat approximately 2 1/2 feet away from the recorder and had its microphone pointed directly at the f holes of the violin.
