DBZ BT3 Wifi Battle #01 - versus Vegitenks (Kid Buu)

Every game has its fair share of griefers and BT3 is no exception. There's a festering select lot of people that really love to spam rush B2s (Mystic Combination, for elaboration). While for the most part it's pretty easy to stop these cold, playing BT3 on a 320x460 screen (capture card) tends to add on to the already laggy online.

When two characters go hand to hand like at 3:10, what is that called? Also, does anyone know what they highest number of hits recorded is? I got 86 and my friend claims that 86 is as high as it'll go. Any help would be appreciated.
